So me and the fellas are in Mira Mesa for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Now I'm a big Harry Potter fan. I own a lot of nerdy tinkets from this delightful series. I have a Hogwarts tee, wand, the scarf, tie, beanie, fluffy, hedwig, a snitch, the glasses and all the books of course. I was even Hermione for Halloween one year. (Damn Soraya for never returning that costume and Houman for never returning my Hogwarts robe). Anyways, the guys bitch that I better not dress up this evening. I did contemplate on rocking my scarf to the movies, but it was way to hot to wear one.
Once we got to the movies, I see tons of pepople all dressed up. Homemade shirts, wizard robes and wands galore. I turn to my friends and tell them I would never dress up like that in public. They should give me a little more credit. They were seriously worried that was gonna embarrass them tonight. I'm nerdy, but I keep it underwraps when I'm out and about. I've been told I hide my nerdiness well by several people.
My bedroom and Naruto corner scream nerd, but still.. I'm not one to cosplay in public. Halloween is a different story though. Haha.
Lesson of the day: give me more credit guys, I'm not a creepy fanatic. I'm too much of a valley girl to go there. " Uh, as if "!
