Working out does wonders

This marks week 2 of my workouts with Red and week 1 with Lisa. Working out is so fun and addictive! I have tons of energy nowadays. For example, I had to be up at 6am today and work till 4pm. I didn't go to bed till like 1:30am due to our 10pm workout. So i had only 5 hrs of sleep. I'm not pooped at all and I'm still super peppy. 3 weeks ago I would have been crashed out dead.

I'm looking forward to this evening's work out session at 9:30. I found a new fun machine last night. And I'm so determined to burn 300 calories in 30 minutes on the eliptical again.

I think my and Red's good healthy habits are rubbing off on Tam, Mr. Junkfood. At this very moment we are snacking on carrots and celery sticks while smoking hookah. Tam's using ranch dressing but I'm staying away from ranch due to lactose intolerant reasons. Having bad gas while doing crunches is very painful. Haha. Right Red?

Lesson of the day: I should have been working out on a regular basis long ago! " Gotta get fit! Gotta get hot! Gotta get hot! "
